Clinic

  • It is very important for your student's teacher and the school nurse to be aware of ANY medical conditions your child may have such as Asthma, Diabetes, Heart Problems, Seizures, ADD/ADHD, Allergies (especially those requiring an Epi-Pen or Benadryl), etc. Please see the school nurse to obtain a Health Care Plan.

    Healthy Habits

Start your day with a nutritious breakfast! Studies show that children who eat breakfast are more alert, concentrate easier and get better grades!

    Clinic Policies

    STUDENT ILLNESS/INJURY
The main reasons for keeping your student home from school are because they are too sick to participate comfortably at school or because they might spread a contagious disease to other students. If your student has been diagnosed with a contagious disease, please contact the clinic so other students’ parents and school staff may be alerted of the symptoms. More Information
