Just as learning does not end when school lets out, neither does a child's need for good nutrition. The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) provides free, nutritious meals to help children get the nutrition they need to learn, play, and grow, throughout the summer months when they are out of school.
Summer meal programs are available at various locations across Fayette County. If you are interested in participating, please contact the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) for information on groups that are providing summer meals as well as times and locations.
