Our center provides transcripts for graduates and withdrawals: we have records dating back to the 1940's. 

Hours:

8am-4pm M-F
Closed 12-1pm for lunch on Fridays
**Hours subject to change**

Process:

We require a signature before processing any records.  There is a $3.00 fee per transcript, paid with cash or money order only.

A Transcript Request Form may be downloaded here and mailed to the address below or you may come to the center for immediate service.

Record Retention Information for FCBOE Staff has been moved to our Intranet (accessible only within the FCBOE network).

Mail Your Completed Transcript Request
along with $3 for each transcript to:
