Emergency Messenger Notification System Test
In the event of a system-wide emergency (example: severe weather alert that affects school attendance and/or extracurricular activities), stakeholders will be notified via our Infinite Campus Emergency Messenger notification system.
Parents have the option to receive a phone call, text message, email or any combination of these by making the appropriate selections via the parent portal in Infinite Campus.
PLEASE NOTE: MOST parents already set their
preferences at the beginning of the school year (via the emergency
information card filled out at open house, etc.), so it is likely that
no action on your part is necessary. If you prefer, you may wait until
after Wednesday's test and then log in to the parent portal to make
changes ONLY if you did NOT receive the test notification. There will
be a follow up test in December.
Fayette County Public Schools will be conducting TESTS of this system on the following dates/times:
- Wednesday, November 16 beginning at 4PM
- Wednesday, December 7 beginning at 4PM
