Roy Rabold began his Georgia career in education in 1981 when he and his wife, Evelyn, moved to Riverdale, Georgia. He started working as a Social Studies teacher and coach at North Clayton High School in College Park, Georgia. During his six-year tenure at North Clayton, Rabold received recognition for his outstanding service and was the runner-up for teacher of the year. During this time, he also attended West Georgia College and received his Master’s Degree of Education, Administration, and Supervision.
In 1987, Rabold began his Fayette County Public School career at McIntosh High School in Peachtree City, as an Assistant Principal and Advanced Placement Coordinator. During his five-year tenure at McIntosh, Rabold received the Certificate of Merit from Georgia Education Leadership Academy and the Kiwanis Award for Outstanding Administrator. He also attended West Georgia College and received his Ed.S. in Administration and Supervision in 1990.
From 1993-2001, Rabold served as an Assistant Principal, Vocational Supervisor, Athletic Director, and Testing Coordinator at Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, GA. During his time at Sandy Creek, Rabold attended the University of Georgia and received his Ed.D. in Administration and Supervision A.B.D. Rabold was promoted to principal of Sandy Creek High in 2001, where he served for ten years.In 2011, Rabold was named principal of Whitewater High. During his tenure at Whitewater High, Rabold attended several leadership seminars, conferences, and presentations. This included the Griffin RESA Leadership Seminars for Aspiring to the Principalship, The S.T.A.G.G. Conference - Scheduling to Enable R.T.I., and the Georgia Department of Education - Scheduling for Remediation. In addition, he attended the Goethe Institute and presented for three different RESAs, (Griffin, Okeefenokee & Southwest) on the expansion of German language classes and the B.Y.O.T. (bring your own technology) in high schools. Under Rabold's administration, Whitewater High received numerous awards and accolades, such as being included yearly in the U.S. News and World Report Silver Award Rankings and the Washing Post Rankings (top 10%) in the nation).
Mr. Rabold began serving on the Fayette County Board of Education in 2019, where he has served as board chair for two years. He began his 2nd term in 2022.

Dr. Regina Daigre has lived in Fayette County for 18 years and is a passionate, lifelong educator dedicated to serving as the district 4 Leader for the Fayette County Board of Education. With over 18 years of experience in public education and 14 years in business, she has fostered growth and leadership across K12, community college, and higher education. By bridging business and education, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the educational system to her role.
Dr. Daigre’s academic achievements reflect her resilience and determination. She earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University while simultaneously completing her leadership certification at the University of Georgia. She also holds a Specialist in Educational Leadership from Northwestern State University and a Master’s in Computer Science from Southern University and A&M College. Dr. Daigre earned her undergraduate degree from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Her professional experience spans impactful roles in K12 education, including Business and Computer Science CTAE Educator, Technology Trainer, Department Chair, and eLearning Facilitator. She has served as a Georgia Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Board Member, State Adviser, Regional Adviser, and Local Adviser, mentoring countless future leaders.
In higher education, she has excelled as a Professor of Business and Technology, Director of eLearning, and Professor of Online Education in Computer Science.
Dr. Daigre’s leadership in CTAE education is marked by remarkable accomplishments. She has recruited and mentored more than 500 Georgia FBLA students, governed more than 27,000 members as a Board Member, and trained seven Regional Officers and one State Officer. Her efforts have produced three Governor’s Honors Executive Management finalists, and four CNN Leadership Unplugged finalists. Dr. Daigre was the only teacher to mentor a student who became both a CNN G5 Leadership finalist and a Leadership Unplugged finalist in the same year.
In addition to her extensive career in education, Dr. Daigre is an accomplished Author, Speaker, and Leadership Trainer. She holds certifications as a Game Changer Certified Speaker (a Dr. Eric Thomas Brand) and is both an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team (a Wiley Brand). Dr. Daigre is a KTS II Temperament Certified Professional (a Kiersey brand). She holds a Georgia Educator Certificate in Educational Leadership (L7), Business Education (T7), and a Louisiana Lifetime Teaching Certificate in Business and Computer Science.
Dr. Daigre's journey demonstrates the power of perseverance, purpose, and leadership to transform lives both in and beyond education.

The Fayette County Board of Education member voting districts are the same as those adopted by the Fayette County Board of Commissioners (BOC). The Fayette County government website includes an interactive map that citizens can use to determine the commission (and therefore Board of Education) voting district in which they reside.
