    Welcome to the Division of Student Achievement. We work collaboratively to guide the system’s curriculum, instructional design, and assessment practices to ensure teacher effectiveness and student learning across all grades and courses. 

    Our division encompasses the following:

    • Curriculum and instruction for English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, World Languages, CTE (College & Technical Education), Health, Physical Education, and Fine Arts

    • Exceptional Children’s Services, Gifted Program Services, Early Intervention and Remedial Education Program Services, ESOL Program Services, Federal Programs, Assessment and Accountability, Counseling & Career Development, Dual Enrollment, Work-based Learning/Youth Apprenticeship Programs, MTSS (Multi-tiered Systems of Support) Interventions, PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports), Lottery funded Pre-K Programs, Elementary After School Programs

    Heidi serves as the principal supervisor for all 14 elementary schools. She provides leadership, guidance, and support to our elementary principals, assistant principals, and instructional coaches. She also works collaboratively to provide leadership development opportunities for our internal stakeholders. One of those initiatives is our administrative internship program for teachers who aspire to become assistant principals and/or curriculum leaders.

    Rae serves as the principal supervisor for all 5 middle and 5 high schools and our Fayette LIFE Academy that houses our Open Campus, Horizon (Alternative), virtual and secondary summer credit recovery programs. She provides leadership, guidance, and support to our secondary principals and assistant principals. She also works collaboratively to provide leadership development opportunities for our internal stakeholders. One of those initiatives is our administrative internship program for teachers who aspire to become assistant principals and/or curriculum leaders.
